All items are where is, as is. We give the most accurate description possible, but encourage buyers to inspect items personally. All items listed were fully functional when stored, unless otherwise listed. Buyers have 5 days to pay for item after winning the auction, and must remove items within 5 days of payment. Failure to do so may cause storage fees to be charged until pick up is completed. ALL items purchased must be removed from its location by the buyer. Seller retains the right to cancel the auction at any time, and to accept or refuse any offers. ANYTHING ATTACHED TO THE WALL, FLOOR, ETC. WILL BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER.

Buyer must supply all personnel for removing items. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the room, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. There are NO forklifts or loading docks at this location. Some equipment may be extremely heavy, and will require special equipment, which will be supplied by the buyer.

• THE SCHOOL SUPPLIES NO TOOLS OR ASSISTANCE IN REMOVAL OF ITEMS.




• PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS.




• NOTICE !!!  Items not paid for within 5 calendar days will be passed to the next highest bidder with the winner forfeiting their right to the item. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE TO PICK UP OR VIEW ALL ITEMS.  IF YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, YOU MAY BE REFUSED ENTRANCE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.

NOTICE!!!   ALL SCHOOL PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED FROM SALE ITEMS BEFORE SALE. UNLESS STATED IN THE AUCTION, ALL ITEMS INSIDE THE ITEM, ON SHELVES, IN DRAWERS, ON TOP, ETC. WILL BE REMOVED BEFORE SALE.  YOU ARE BIDDING ON ONLY THE ITEM DESCRIBED IN THE AUCTION. ANY ITEMS ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING WILL BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER.
