  *PAYMENT AND PICK-UP: ADOT auction payment and pick up is conducted Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. ONLY, excluding state holidays.

**ALL ASSOCIATED ITEMS, PARTS, AND COMPONENTS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE TIME OF PICKUP*** Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. 

ADOT PROVIDES A PAYMENT LINK BY EMAIL TO THE WINNING BIDDER FOR AUCTION ITEM(S).  PLEASE USE THIS LINK WHEN PAYING FOR AUCTION ITEMS.  Winning bidder must present a valid photo I.D when paying in person and/or picking up items. No third party payments, only the winning bidder named on the Public Surplus account will be allowed to pay for their items.  Photo ID and credit card must be in the winning bidder’s name.  If an individual other than the winner bidder is to pick-up the item, winning bidder must provide a signed ADOT auction release form. Also, winners are notified of their auction via Public Surplus email directly, not by ADOT, therefore it is very important that buyers understand that some email providers will block email from senders who are not in your address book/contact list.  * Successful bidders declaring 6.3% sales tax exemption must complete a corresponding “Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption Certificate Form” (AZ5000 or AZ5000A-located below the auction pictures) and submit their actual business/tax exempt documents.
