Description
The City of Burns, Oregon, wishes to sell its 1928 American-LaFrance ladder truck with all original wooden ladders. For further information, please contact Chief Scott Williamson

All items are "as-is, where-is" and we are not experts on the items listed: all conditions are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS, NO ADJUSTMENTS and all vehicles should be considered a ‘tow off’.
Viewing of vehicles is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 09:00-15:00 only. Due to insurance reasons, we cannot allow a test drive. Response to email & phone inquiries will be limited due to time restrictions and the availability for potential buyers to inspect units. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item and should know that we do not have loading docks nor are we allowed to assist in any way for liability reasons.
Pick-up days are Monday through Thursday from 09:00-15:00.
For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).
We strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all vehicles of interest as most items offered for sale are used.
