PICK-UP Buyer must remove item(s) within 5 business days of closing auction notification. Payment receipt email must be presented at the time of pick up or item will not be released. If terms are violated there will be no refund. FAIRFAX COUNTY WILL NOT SHIP. Winner responsible for loading and hauling.

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License). 

ATTENTION BIDDERS: Please do NOT bid if our Terms and Conditions can NOT be met (5 day payment & removal). All items must be removed from government property within five (5) business days from receiving Notice of Award. On the 6^th business day, item(s) will be canceled, re-listed and bidders blocked as per terms and conditions. No refunds.
